These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, assessments, platform, and coaching services provided by OmniView Partners ("OmniView," "we," "us," or "our") (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

2. The Services

OmniView provides data-driven self-discovery and premium coaching, including multi-dimensional assessments, matching with vetted coaches, an AI-assisted platform, and related programs. We may update, add, or discontinue features to improve the Services.

3. Not Medical or Clinical Advice

Coaching and assessments are intended for personal growth and development. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or clinical care, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a crisis or medical emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Certain Services are offered on a subscription basis. Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are presented at purchase.
• Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by:

• Violating any law or the rights of others.
• Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization.
• Interfering with, disrupting, or reverse-engineering the Services.
• Uploading harmful code or misrepresenting your identity.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including our methods, instruments, content, and branding, are owned by OmniView or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. Your assessment results belong to you.

7. Confidentiality

Coaching sessions and your individual responses are treated as confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For organizational engagements, only aggregate, privacy-respecting insights are shared with clients.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome will be achieved.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniView and its partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services and other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be subject to the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
